Remember the HUGH Tobacco Money that the states got?

A 5% Sales Tax on Advertising would bring in THREE TIMES that amount.

Another GOOD Thing it would do is Help to Eliminate SPAM.

Yesterday, I had a meeting with Thomas Mitchell, the Editor of the RJ. The people at the RJ – John Kerr, Vin, Steve Stebelius, and now Mitch

have been More Than Kind to me.

I talked to him about letting the readers have More input in the paper,

and using me as the go-between.

Of course, the thing I pushed is – 5% Sales tax on Advertising. (STONA) Mitchell’s concern seem to be – “they need to cut spending”. So, my question to him, and to the rest of you, opposed to STONA, is – What would YOU cut first?                 mailto:LVKen7@peoplepc.com
