The SD Newspaper Assoc is against it. SO it must be a good thing.
They can't figure out what would be taxed. SIMPLE - Any invoice that says Advertising would have a line for 5% Sales Tax.NOT paying Sales Tax is a form of Subsidy.The Taxpayers are Subsidizing the media.The Big Mouth Media should pay their share.
